Whether you wish to make an immediate gift, or a pledge, you can make your gift using one of these methods:

By mail: Cheque can be made payable to Queen's University

Other Types of Gifts
Through planned giving, you can achieve philanthropic objectives while minimizing tax implications and maximizing other financial benefits. Planned gifts can be expressed through various funding channels:
|Gifts of Securities/Stocks: Gift publicly traded stock and securities and receive a tax receipt for the full appreciated value without being subject to capital gains tax. Please contact us for more details: Telephone: 1-800-267-7837 firstname.lastname@example.org.|
|Matching Gifts: Many companies and organizations will match personal charitable gifts made by their employees. Check our Matching Gift Database to see if your company is registered with Queen's as a "matching gift company" or inquire with your employer's Human Resources department.|
International Gifts: Many countries offer favourable tax treatment for charitable gifts to Queen's. For more information on international gifts to Queen's, please contact Queen's University, Office of Advancement Gift Services at 1.800.267.7837.
Giving from the United States:
U.S. based alumni and relatives can make donations directly to the University under the Canada-United States Income Tax Convention
Gifts from other American citizens or residents, gifts from corporations and matching gifts, foundations, trusts and IRA accounts should be directed to the U.S. Foundation for Queen's University at Kingston (Employer ID 52-1960422). Our U.S. Foundation is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization recognized under the U.S. Internal Revenue Code.
