An award to be established by the Black Law Student's Association Queen's Chapter and the Queen's Pre-Law Society in memory of Cecil Allan Fraser, LL.B. 1961, the first Black student and graduate of Queen's University Law.

Established by the class of Arts '70 and awarded on the basis of merit and financial need to a student currently enrolled in the Faculty of Arts and Science who has been selected to take part in an official exchange program abroad.

Funds raised through this program will directly support Athletic Financial Awards for the Women's Hockey team.

Funds raised by this club directly supports athletes, coaches, program development and equipment. Funds will be used at the discretion of the Director of A&R in consultation with the Head Coach and Booster Club President.

To establish an Athletic Award for Women's Hockey from the 1970's Championship Teams.
