Our class has established the Science '89 Bursary, which is awarded based on financial need to an upper-year student in the Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science.In the 18 years since we created this bursary, we have been able to support over 18 students, and the award has distributed over $15,000. This funding provides important support for students. Bursaries, like ours, often help to make education accessible for students and improve their university experience.
As a class, we have collectively contributed $239,923 to Faculty of Engineering and $400,899 to Queen’s. Currently, our class fund has a balance of $47,396. Help us raise $27,604 before our 30th reunion, and build our class fund to $75,000, which will allow us to support even more students and grow our class legacy.
