Fund: The Mary Alice Murray Memorial Bursary
Purpose: The Mary Alice Murray Memorial Bursary was established by friends, associates and Queen's Law School alumni, to honour Miss Murray (Law '60). The fund provides a sum of money for annual distribution to J.D. students, to be awarded based upon an assessment of financial need.
Class Goal: To commemorate our 55th reunion, please consider making a donation to the Mary Alice Murray Memorial Bursary in memory of Mary Alice or one of our classmates who has passed away since graduation. This year the bursary disbursed $21,000, shared by three deserving law students.
With law school tuition now exceeding $19,000 per year, financial aid is more important than ever.
We want to help ensure that no qualified student is unable to attend Queen’s Law because of financial restraints. Donations of any amount our welcome.
