Queen's Sailing

Queen’s Sailing is a program committed to excellence in competition, academics, and leadership at Queen’s University. From the moment student-athletes compete in Tricolour, they inherit the standards and values established by generations of Gaels. Today, Queen’s Sailing athletes uphold this legacy through disciplined preparation, competitive excellence, and leadership on and off the water.

Queen’s Sailing is a top-performing Varsity Club program, fiercely competing at the highest level across both the Canadian and American collegiate sailing circuits. With a proud history that includes Olympic-level alumni, the program remains committed to high-performance development and championship success while representing Queen’s with integrity and pride.

At Queen’s Sailing, excellence is built through consistent daily standards. Through hours on the water, the discipline of balancing rigorous academics with training, and a standard of preparation for every opportunity. These efforts compound producing strong athletes, sharp competitors, and leaders defined by resilience, accountability, and sustained commitment.
